Mr. Ranjith. M.K is one of the third generations who had blossomed into the traditional Mambally family. He is the grandson of Sri. Mambally Gopalan who is the nephew of Mampally Bappu –the father of Indian cakes in India”.Mambally Bappu created history to back in 1883 by introducing to us the mouth-watering taste of cakes. Our cakes are not just crafted with culinary craftsmanship but it’s laced with history too. It is from this lineage the promotion of BROWNNIES rose up. The spirit of the legendary Mambally Bappu lives on, through him serving happiness and being a part of celebrations in Kannur.
Mr. Ranjith after his schooling from Tagore vidyanikethan Taliparamba and BEMP school Thalassery, pursued a 2 ½ years course in Bakery and confectionary under the Kerala Governments related Instruction Center, Trivandrum. He continued his work experience in his uncle’s Bakery in Trivandrum and then first leaped into his own Bakery in Coimbatore. And finally, Brownnies blossomed in 2002 March 24th until then up to this date Mr. Ranjith has decorated more than a lakh cakes. During the 2017 Kerala school, Kalolsavam a 100 feet long cake weight of 80kg under his leadership was displayed at the kalolsavam ground depicting all the Kalolsavam programs and musical instruments. Brownnies are always committed to quality and taste. Ranjith maintains the quality and aroma of his products by exposing and experimenting on his raw materials used which would be only the best one available in the markets. At present, he holds the post of the District president of BAKERS ASSOCIATION Kannur and is the technical adviser of STATE BAKE Association
